For ASME RFQ routing, B16.5 tabulates Classes 150 to 1500 at NPS 1/2 to 24 and Class 2500 at NPS 1/2 to 12; B16.47 tabulates Classes 75 to 900 at NPS 26 to 60. EN 1092-1, DIN and GOST 33259/12820/12821 requests follow their exact DN/PN table or project drawing. These are published standard scopes, not a promise that BLD can supply every grade and facing combination. Above NPS 12 we forge Class 2500 flanges to your drawing and design calculation. We supply ASME B16.47 Series A and Series B flanges across NPS 26 to NPS 60, in the classes and sizes the standard tabulates for each series. Our D51 mill rolls rings up to 1,500 mm OD and 240 mm thick; larger rings are forged by partner forges near our plant in Dingxiang. BLD reviews each requested grade, facing, bore, quantity and inspection scope before confirming feasibility.

We forge flanges to your drawing in sizes from NPS 1/2 to NPS 60. We roll rings up to 1,500 mm OD and 240 mm thick on our D51 ring rolling mill. Larger rings, up to 10,000 mm OD and 500 mm thick, are forged by partner forges near our plant in Dingxiang that run presses up to 10,000 t.
