We use basic inquiry and source information to respond to your RFQ and improve communication. We do not sell your inquiry data.
When you submit an RFQ, BLD Forge Direct may collect the buyer and project details you provide, including company name, contact name, country, website, email, phone or WhatsApp, product family, standard, size, pressure class, material grade, quantity, destination, inspection requirements, certificates and RFQ summary.
The website records basic source information so each inquiry can be connected with the page and campaign that generated it. This may include first landing page, current submission page, referrer and UTM parameters such as source, medium, campaign, term and content.
This information is used to respond to RFQs, review drawings and specifications, prepare quotation communication, reduce repeated clarification, understand which pages generate relevant inquiries and improve buyer communication.
Uploaded RFQ files, drawings, specifications and related documents are used for quotation and technical review. Files are kept private and are not published on the website.
Inquiry records and uploaded files may be retained while the RFQ, quotation, supplier registration, project follow-up or related commercial communication remains active. Older records may be deleted when they are no longer needed for communication or project reference.
The website may use first-party storage, such as a cookie or localStorage entry, to remember source information for up to 30 days. This helps identify the first page and campaign that led to an inquiry. Basic analytics may also be used to understand page performance and improve the RFQ process.
BLD Forge Direct supports international RFQ communication. By sending an inquiry, you understand that your inquiry details may be reviewed by a China-based project sales contact for quotation, manufacturing route, inspection and export document discussion.
